A- Curatorial Module:

A-1 System Administrator:

  • Defines and configures Germplasm banks.
  • Creates the system users.
  • Defines the roles and user’s authorizations.
  • Defines which system users can have access to which Germplasm banks.
  • Activates the data that will be shown in the Public Module.
  • Recovers or eliminates the deactivated (eliminated) records by the system users.
  • Performs the same tasks of the system users.
  • Creates and updates the different lists that the software and the Germplasm Banks use to identify the accessions.

A-2 System User:

  • Creates the taxonomy of the collections.
  • Updates the information.
  • Generates reports.
  • Creates new records.
  • Imports an entire database from Excel spreadsheets.
  • Uploads pictures from the field.
  • Deactivates records.

  • The information that is shown from this module cannot be modified.
