System Structure
A- Curatorial Module:
A-1 System Administrator:
- Defines and configures Germplasm banks.
- Creates the system users.
- Defines the roles and user’s authorizations.
- Defines which system users can have access to which Germplasm banks.
- Activates the data that will be shown in the Public Module.
- Recovers or eliminates the deactivated (eliminated) records by the system users.
- Performs the same tasks of the system users.
- Creates and updates the different lists that the software and the Germplasm Banks use to identify the accessions.
A-2 System User:
- Creates the taxonomy of the collections.
- Updates the information.
- Generates reports.
- Creates new records.
- Imports an entire database from Excel spreadsheets.
- Uploads pictures from the field.
- Deactivates records.
